What cookbooks do you have that are vegan and have lots of pictures. So happy I found your dessert page to satisfy my sweet tooth. Thank you so much for all that you are doing to inspire a spirit of health and well being in the world. I agree with many of the posts about including nutritional information in your book, however even just a link to the nutritional information on a website would be amazing and not interfere so much with your creative process and the look you want for your book. I let you know if I drop my stubborn 10 Lbs. The reason for me is not because of wanting to know how many calories there are in order to lose weight, but in order to be aware of how much protein, carbohydrates (including sugars), fats (what sort included) and finally calories there are. I like your site because of all the beautiful pictures. Knowing about the vitamins and minerals would be a bonus too. The fonts are way too small and putting them so close to the inside binding is a really really bad idea. I came across your blog after pinning a recipe I found on Pinterest. By following the DASH diet, you may be able to reduce your blood pressure by a few points in just two weeks. I always go into the aisle, read all the boxes and walk away empty handed. I have made so many recipes and my family has enjoyed them all. I flipped through it immediately and loved the photos and presentation of your book so I wanted to congratulate you on that. Yeah, I was ready to buy a ticket back to Cali that day. THIS IS A GREAT COOKBOOK, The recipes are, for the most part easy and use ingredients that are in my pantry. I was rather disappointed to find that there are absolutely no food values (calories, fat content) for each recipe. Like many people I am sure, I need to include a balance of protein to carbohydrate with everything I eat in order to keep even blood sugar and not have cravings or mood swings. Would there be a way for me to order the book online and have it shipped to my home. I was able to subscribe to the regular website update list. I love your website but can anyone tell me if this book has a good amount of nut-free recipes. You can choose the version of the diet that meets your health needs. Yes, the veggie burger recipe has an error (unfortunately my copyeditor somehow deleted the direction line and changed the flax amount by the time it went to the printers). :). You are a gifted young woman Angie who is touching and helping others to find the courage to become who they are meant to be, including those of us who are older and in a a different season but are continuing to grow and make changes as we deem necessary for our lives. Not that I am using it to count calories, but rather, I like having an idea of what a recipe offers nutritionally since I am active and often wanting to make sure I am getting enough calories, fat, protein, and all that other good stuff to fuel my body. The book is so well put together, the pictures are so beautiful This will become my kitchen bible. in addition to that, swap your white bread for whole wheat, and cut out proccessed foods and soda.
